Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer queries through voice calls, live chat, or both (blended process).
  • Provide accurate information about company products/services.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Log all interactions in the CRM system with accuracy.
  • Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Follow scripts and adhere to company policies & compliance standards.
  • Meet key performance metrics (TAT, FCR, CSAT, etc.).
Candidate Profile:
  • Education:

    Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Experience:

    • Freshers welcome with excellent communication
    • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in International BPO preferred
  • Communication:

    • Excellent English (verbal & written)
    • Other international languages are a plus!
  • Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
    • Computer-savvy; familiar with CRM systems
  • Availability:

    Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
