Position: 2

Experience: 2–3 years

Qualification: NIFT/NID graduate with experience in trend report creation

Description:

The Creative Lead will translate trend insights into visual language, blending design, craft, and communication. The role demands visual clarity, conceptual thought, and a sensitivity to how ideas take form.

Core Responsibilities:

• Define the visual identity of trend publications and reports.
• Create layouts, infographics, and digital storytelling assets.
• Collaborate with writers, researchers, and designers to create cohesive narratives.
• Experiment with motion, 3D, and generative media formats.
• Ensure visual consistency and accessibility across all outputs.

Preferred Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Data Visualization, Motion Design

Ideal Candidate: Research-driven, design-literate, and conceptually strong. We’re looking for someone who is able to move fluidly between aesthetics and analysis.
