Job Description

1. Educational Qualifications BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) or equivalent degree/diploma. Diploma/Degree in Yoga (from recognized institutions). Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. 2. Experience 1-3 years of experience in conducting Yoga sessions (group or one-on-one). Experience in therapeutic yoga (Diabetes, Hypertension, Stress Management, etc.) is an advantage. 3. Skills Proficient in Advanced Asana, Pranayama Techniques, Meditation and Mindfulness, Yoga Therapy Knowledge, Anatomy and Physiology, Sequencing Skills, Energy Balancing Techniques, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Special Populations, Cueing and Adjustments. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology in the context of yoga practice. Ability to tailor sessions to different age groups, fitness levels, and medical conditions. Motivational and communication skills for engaging participants. Strong understanding of the principles of natural healing and holistic health. Ability to develop individualized wellness programs focusing on nutrition, detoxification, and stress management. Counseling skills to guide clients on lifestyle modifications. Proficiency in preparing and administering natural remedies. 4. Other Requirements Physically fit and able to demonstrate postures correctly. Compassionate, patient, and should be having professional attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours (morning/evening batches). Ability to collaborate with Ayurveda teams for integrated treatment. Certification in First Aid/CPR is an advantage. 5. Nature of Job: Provide patient consultation and facilitate healing through Ayurvedic practices. Lead and implement corporate wellness programs to promote holistic health in the workplace. Drive community-level wellness initiatives focused on preventive healthcare and lifestyle management. Educate and raise awareness about traditional healthcare systems through workshops, seminars, and outreach programs. Contribute content for traditional healthcare awareness through articles, blogs, and other educational materials. Undertaking patient consultations and physical examinations Organising workloads Performing surgical procedures Providing general pre- and post-operative care Monitoring and administering medication Assessing and planning treatment requirements Liaising daily with staff including other doctors, non-medical management staff and healthcare professionals Writing reports and maintaining records
