About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Unica Administrator to join our IT operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in managing Unica 12 environments, WebSphere/Tomcat administration, and troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Unica servers, databases, and third-party integrations.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade Unica 12 components including Campaign, Interact, and Marketing Operations (MO).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Unica 12 installations and configurations.
  • Administer IBM WebSphere Application Server (Versions 8.x, 9.x or later) and Apache Tomcat.
  • Collaborate with HCL support for technical assistance and issue escalations.
  • Apply Oracle patches and hotfixes to ensure system security and stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5- 8 years of experience in Unica Administration.
  • Strong understanding of Unica 12 architecture and components.
  • Hands-on experience with WebSphere and Tomcat administration.
  • Familiarity with Oracle database patching and maintenance practices.
  • Experience in managing production environments and troubleshooting performance issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
