The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in managing Unica 12 environments, WebSphere/Tomcat administration, and troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Unica servers, databases, and third-party integrations. Install, configure, and upgrade Unica 12 components including Campaign, Interact, and Marketing Operations (MO). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Unica 12 installations and configurations. Administer IBM WebSphere Application Server (Versions 8.x, 9.x or later) and Apache Tomcat. Collaborate with HCL support for technical assistance and issue escalations. Apply Oracle patches and hotfixes to ensure system security and stability. Required Skills & Qualifications 5- 8 years of experience in Unica Administration. Strong understanding of Unica 12 architecture and components. Hands-on experience with WebSphere and Tomcat administration. Familiarity with Oracle database patching and maintenance practices.
