Install, configure, and upgrade Unica 12 components including Campaign, Interact, and Marketing Operations (MO). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Unica 12 installations and configurations. Administer IBM WebSphere Application Server (Versions 8.x, 9.x or later) and Apache Tomcat. Collaborate with HCL support for technical assistance and issue escalations. Apply Oracle patches and hotfixes to ensure system security and stability. Required Skills & Qualifications 5- 8 years of experience in Unica Administration.
