Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process (Xiaomi)

Job Location :- Sector 18 Gurgaon Work From Office

Working Days :- 5 Days Working 2 Rotational Weekly Offs

CTC Offered :- ₹25,000–₹30,000 CTC Fixed Salary

Process Type :- International Voice Inbound Calls – 80% Customer Support, 20% Upselling/Sales

Qualification :- Undergraduate or Graduate Freshers and Experienced Eligible

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international customer calls related to Xiaomi products (80% support)

Resolve queries, complaints, and service issues professionally

Provide accurate information and ensure first call resolution

Upsell products or services when required (20% sales)

Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction

Follow process SOPs, quality guidelines, and company policies

Update customer information and case details in CRM system

Candidate Properties

Excellent international level English communication skills

Clear and confident voice with professional accent neutrality

Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and upselling ability

Ability to work in rotational night shifts

Process-driven professional and customer-focused approach

Rules and Expectations

Strict adherence to shift timings and attendance

Mandatory completion of training and certification

Professional behaviour and policy compliance required

Any violation may lead to disciplinary action
