About the Role:

Medical Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  clinical training sessions

  on using ultraportable X-ray devices for radiologists, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Provide

  on-site and remote troubleshooting

  for device-related issues.
• Assist the sales team in

  product demonstrations

  to potential clients.
• Work closely with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and biomedical departments to ensure smooth device implementation and usage.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and user manuals for effective onboarding.
• Maintain

  detailed reports

  on training sessions, technical issues, and client feedback.
• Participate in

  medical conferences, symposia, and CME-accredited events

  to stay updated on industry trends and build professional networks.
• Travel daily for

  on-site visits, training, and troubleshooting

  as needed.
• Work from the office on non-field days.
• Ensure timely submission of

  travel expense claims with proper receipts

  for reimbursement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree

  in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience

  in clinical training, radiology equipment handling, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of

  X-ray imaging systems, PACS, and radiology workflow.

• Experience working with

  hospitals, diagnostic centers, and biomedical departments

  .
• Must be

  Hyderabad-based

  and able to join

  immediately or within 15 days

  of the notice period.
