Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Leadership

Lead, train, and supervise workshop technicians, mechanics, and other staff.
Allocate jobs and tasks according to skills, workload, and deadlines.
Monitor performance and ensure productivity targets are met.

Operational Management

Plan and coordinate workshop schedules and activities.
Ensure timely completion of repair, maintenance, and fabrication tasks.
Inspect and test completed work for quality assurance and compliance.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Enforce adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a clean, organized workshop.
Report and address incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions promptly.

Inventory & Resource Management

Communication & Reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:
