Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess a fast and accurate typing speed, and have excellent communication skills in English. This role involves managing and verifying data, updating records, and handling basic telephonic inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in databases or electronic systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents.
• Perform routine data backups to ensure data security and preservation.
• Retrieve specific data from databases or electronic files upon request.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic calculations and data organization.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data at all times.
• Handle basic telephonic inquiries in a clear and professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic calculations and functions).
• Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional and courteous phone manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Immediate availability to join.
• Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month

• Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
