Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workshop Supervisor, located in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir. The Workshop Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth workflows, adherence to high-quality standards, and timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks. The role entails managing a team of technicians, maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, and ensuring the workshop meets operational objectives and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a team in a workshop setting
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks and expertise in workshop operations
• Experience in ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
• Knowledge of workshop management processes and the ability to optimize workshop performance
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Relevant technical certification or equivalent experience in the automotive industry is preferred
