Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Specialist role located in Jammu. The Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with service inquiries, managing service appointments, handling customer complaints, and providing information about vehicle services. Daily tasks include coordinating with the service team to ensure customers' needs are met, processing service orders, and maintaining service records.
