Workshop Manager

Immediate requirement of Workshop Manager / Assistant Service Manager at Joshi Hyundai Chandigarh.

• Responsible for organizing, controlling and increasing the Operational efficiency of the workshop.
• Responsible for the improvement of operational efficiency through establishment and religious monitoring of workshop processes.
• Responsible for development of individuals to establish efficient, proactive high performance culture amongst after-sales staff.
• Responsible for infrastructure upkeep through maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment
• Responsible for optimum utilization of resources like bays and manpower by monitoring the efficiency.
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling service quality by identification of process flaws and for taking necessary actions.
• Focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
