This role will entail managing the central workshop at the mother Ready-Mix Concrete plant. There are five sub-locations under the same. They will have to diligently cater to the daily maintenance needs as per the calendar as well as emergency situations. The job will require careful planning and execution of logistics and manpower. Successful execution of this role will pave the way to become the P&M Executive Manager. All machineries are owned so P&M becomes the heart of the organisation and plays a crucial role in delivering concrete and acing the service aspect.
Cater to the company's SOPs (standard operating processes) of Maintenance and implement the same down the line.
Regular feedback sessions on works execution.
Regular manpower training in all aspects.
Sourcing quality personnel.
Ensuring scheduled maintenance and deep diagnosis.
Ensuring low downtime and maintenance costs.
Should have past experience in handling:
Should have a strong mechanical understanding and a quality faithful maintenance team under.
