Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the complete workshop operations, including job allocation, technician productivity, and repair quality. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. Monitor daily workshop performance — including job cards, revenue, parts consumption, and technician efficiency. Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure accurate diagnosis, job estimation, and timely approvals. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service processes and workshop safety. Train and guide technicians and service staff on new technologies and best practices. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance reports and suggest improvements. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics. Leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric attitude with service excellence mindset. Qualifications and Experience: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field. 3–16 years of experience in automobile service operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
