Job Description

Role Overview: As the Workplace Services Coordinator, your role is proactive and detail-oriented to ensure workplace services are consistently delivered to meet the needs of occupants and guests. You will work towards creating customer delight by maintaining safe practices, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs, and aligning with the Workplace Experience team. Your responsibilities also include transforming the Workplace Team of the future, establishing direct relationships with employees, addressing feedback within defined SLAs, organizing employee engagement events, and supporting client-specific initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Establish direct relationships with employees and serve as their Single Point of Contact - Respond to and close feedback within defined SLAs - Share observations regarding misalignments with guidelines - Have periodic connects with different business points of contact - Execute employee engagement events and participate in promotions - Report concerns or patterns in employee feedback to the Assistant Manager - Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and excellence - Support client-specific initiatives and technology roll-outs - Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Address and escalate customer complaints - Provide information about food varieties, programs, and services - Take daily customer feedback and maintain a good POY score - Maintain grooming standards set by the organization Operations Management: - Implement service tasks, procedures, and policies to deliver excellence - Review supplier performance and ensure contractual obligations are met - Understand technical requirements and maintain necessary supplies and services - Manage workplace management for office premises - Resolve user complaints and improve operations - Prepare risk assessments and assist with critical out-of-hours issues - Monitor and manage staff performance - Coordinate vendors to perform workplace-related services - Ensure service deliverables meet SLAs and KPIs - Conduct data analysis reports and support emergency responses - Implement continuous improvement strategies - Perform proactive checks to maintain a clean workplace Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Minimum of 3 years in facility management/hospitality industry - Detail-focused, proactive, self-motivated - Exhibits honesty, trustworthiness, openness to new ideas, and willingness to challenge the status quo Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.,
