Workforce Specialist

As a Workforce Specialist (Operation Effectiveness Specialist 2) in Bangalore, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to client projects at a sub-regional level and supporting business development opportunities and internal initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing strong relationships across the wider resource management community to optimize overall productivity and realization. - Partnering with business leads to understand, plan for, and meet resourcing demands, achieving realization of utilization and effective skills/grade mix on projects. - Engaging in staffing analytics and maintaining resource management data integrity in relevant systems. - Demonstrating commercial awareness to drive compliance to financial management systems and proposing solutions for discrepancies. In this role, your principal accountabilities will involve: - Collaborating with business leads to allocate resources efficiently and resolve conflicts using negotiation skills. - Building strong relationships across the resource management community to enhance productivity. - Monitoring and communicating current and near-term delivery capacity. - Ensuring integrity of resource management data within systems. - Supporting reporting of metrics and analytics to business leads through various systems and dashboards. - Demonstrating commercial awareness to monitor and drive compliance. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. - Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to build robust business relationships. - Excellent team-based interpersonal skills with the capability to work autonomously. - Demonstrated determination, diplomacy, and resilience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Knowledge of life science is considered a plus.
