Job Description

As a Workforce Services Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical to manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations, and provide optimal resolutions for dissatisfied customers. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs, driving corporate initiatives, delivering metrics, and ensuring optimal performance through continuous interaction with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a highly engaged team focused on data and insight-led resourcing aligned with future workforce strategy - Drive corporate initiatives, deliver metrics, and optimize group performance through continuous stakeholder interaction - Build and maintain effective client relationships in Planning, understanding their goals and helping them achieve success - Collaborate with Stakeholders to identify and mitigate supply versus demand gaps, ensuring effective communication with planning teams - Share client objectives with planning teams to identify support opportunities and resolve conflicts - Enhance team performance by improving processes, maximizing resources, and expanding industry knowledge - Demonstrate a strong sense of personal stake, urgency, and problem-solving skills in day-to-day management - Forge positive relationships with clients, operations, and support teams, adapting to demanding workplace dynamics - Drive projects, improvement opportunities, and maturity models while managing pressure and conflicting priorities - Possess proficiency in basic arithmetic, statistical concepts, and strong logical ability with excellent communication and negotiation skills Qualifications: - Any Graduation - 5-7+ years of experience in end-to-end Workforce management - Strong mathematical calibration skill - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in basic arithmetic and statistical concepts Please note that this role may require working in rotational shifts. As an integral part of the planning department, you will be responsible for managing small teams, delivering on contracts/SLAs, and developing resources under your span. Your role will also involve participating in client presentations, calls, and business reviews, representing the planning department, and driving process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and performance.,
