Workforce Manager Officer

As a Workforce Manager Officer based in Bangalore with 4-6 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with business leads to ensure the efficient allocation of resources for client projects, business development opportunities, and internal initiatives at a sub-regional level. You will be required to develop strong relationships within the wider resource management community and share resources across practices to optimize overall productivity and realization. You will partner with business leads to comprehend, plan for, and meet the resourcing demands of the pipeline. This includes supporting business leads in achieving utilization realization and maintaining an effective skills/grade mix on projects. Proficiency in staffing analytics and ensuring resource management data integrity in the systems supporting resource and project management decisions is essential. Your role will involve demonstrating a strong commercial awareness to monitor and drive compliance with the financial management system. You will identify and propose solutions to resolve longer-term patterns related to forecast and actual utilization, monitor and investigate discrepancies between data, and provide valuable insights to enhance decision-making processes.
