Looking for an experienced Solution Architect – Workforce Management with strong Dayforce expertise to lead enterprise HCM architecture and drive impactful retail workforce solutions.
🔹 Experience:
10+ years overall Workforce Management
5+ years Dayforce HCM
5+ years Advanced Scheduling
Minimum 1 end-to-end Dayforce implementation (mandatory)
🔹 Key Skills:
Dayforce WFM: Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, Entitlements, Payroll
Retail labor models, compliance & workforce optimization
Solution architecture, integrations (APIs, middleware, data mapping)
Stakeholder engagement & architectural leadership
🔹 Role Highlights:
Lead HCM/WFM solution architecture & integrations
Design scalable, compliant Dayforce solutions
