Job Description

Workflow Testing Specialist

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure high-quality workflow solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  manual and functional testing

  of workflow-based applications built using

  SharePoint, Nintex, and K2

  .
• Analyze business and functional requirements to create

  detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts

  .
• Execute test cases across different phases of testing including

  system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support

  .
• Validate workflow logic, approvals, notifications, escalations, integrations, and exception handling.
  
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects using

  Azure DevOps (ADO)

  or similar test management tools.
• Collaborate closely with

  developers, business analysts, and stakeholders

  to understand requirements and clarify expected outcomes.
• Participate in

  requirement review meetings

  and provide early feedback from a QA perspective.
• Ensure proper

  test documentation

  , including test plans, test execution reports, and defect metrics.
• Support

  release activities

  and provide sign-off from a QA standpoint.
• Ensure adherence to

  quality standards, processes, and best practices

  defined by the organization.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and issues clearly to project stakeholders.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 57 years of experience in

  Workflow Testing

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  

• SharePoint workflows

• Nintex workflows

• K2 workflows

• Proven experience in

  manual and functional testing

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Azure DevOps (ADO)

  for:
• Test case management
  
• Test execution
  
• Defect tracking and reporting
  
• Good understanding of

  SDLC and STLC

  .
• Experience testing

  enterprise applications

  and workflow-driven systems.

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills

  – both written and verbal.
• Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in

  large enterprise or IT services environments

  .
• Exposure to

  UAT coordination and support

  .
• Prior experience working with

  LTIMindtree or similar large IT organizations

  is a plus.
