🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily incoming enquiries for encoders, sensors, SMPS, and automation items.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable make/models or equivalent solutions.
• Follow up with customers to close deals and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, stock, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain enquiry records and update CRM/Excel sheets.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of

  industrial electrical products

  (Encoders, Sensors, SMPS, Automation items etc.).
• Strong communication & convincing skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and suggest alternates.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, email communication, and basic Excel.
