We supply all make encoders & equivalent solutions pan-India with fast delivery and strong customer support. 🔹 Position: Sales Telecaller (Technical Sales) Location: Delhi (Near laxmi nagar) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 0–3 years (Technical sales preferred) 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Handle daily incoming enquiries for encoders, sensors, SMPS, and automation items. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable make/models or equivalent solutions. Follow up with customers to close deals and convert leads into sales. Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, stock, and delivery timelines. Maintain enquiry records and update CRM/Excel sheets. 🔹 Required Skills: Good knowledge of industrial electrical products (Encoders, Sensors, SMPS, Automation items etc.). Strong communication & convincing skills. Ability to understand technical specifications and suggest alternates. Proficiency in WhatsApp, email communication, and basic Excel. 🔹 Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary. (12k to 15k) after 1 year increment based on performance.
