The role involves supporting daily operations, assisting in the assembly and maintenance of industrial heating systems and machinery, and ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Responsibilities also include handling tools and equipment, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Some tasks may be completed from home as part of the hybrid work arrangement. Qualifications Technical knowledge of machinery such as high-temperature furnaces, induction heating systems, and casting machines Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, assembly, and troubleshooting Understanding of safety standards and industrial protocols Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively Basic computer skills to manage reports and communicate in a hybrid work environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
