Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver Workday Financials Technical Integrations across client projects.
Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and design Workday solutions.
Configure, test, and deploy Workday integrations and support financial modules such as P2P, C2C, R2R, GL, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Grants.
Work independently to manage timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Workday integrations.
Prepare technical documentation, solution presentations (Visio, PPT), and post-go-live support.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

35 years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting.
Functional experience with ERP systems: Oracle Financials, SAP FICO, PeopleSoft.
Solid understanding of finance & accounting principles.
Minimum 1 full life cycle ERP implementation.
Active Workday Certification (P2P, C2C, or R2R) – Mandatory.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with SaaS / PaaS technologies is a plus.
