Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore Experience: 8+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with deep expertise in S/4 HANA solutions and modules such as FI, SD, and RAR The ideal candi will have strong experience in developing custom Web-Dynpro applications, OData services, SAP Fiori applications, and SAP integrations The candi should be capable of handling implementation, upgrade, maintenance, and post-production support projects with excellent communication and collaboration skills Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain ABAP solutions on S/4 HANA, including FI, SD, and RAR modules Design and develop OData services using SAP NetWeaver Gateway and ABAP CDS; strong knowledge of RESTful ABAP programming model Develop and maintain large-scale custom Web-Dynpro applications, consuming or exposing SOAP/REST web services and leveraging BOPF framework Integrate SAP with 3rd party systems using ALE/IDoc, RFC, BAPI, and Flat File interfaces Participate in Upgrade projects/Support Pack applications, including SPAU resolution and OSS note implementation Develop and maintain BRF+, Workflows, ALV/Interactive/Classical reports, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms, Dialog Programs, and BDC programs Apply ABAP debugging, SAP Code Inspector, and other standard tools to ensure quality code Develop SAP Fiori applications using UI5/HTML5/JavaScript Work with SAP HANA Technical Concepts, data modeling, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), performance optimization, ADBC, Native SQL, ABAP CDS, database procedures, text search, and HANA Live models Convert SAP functional requirements into technical designs, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEFW objects) Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams during implementation, upgrade, and support projects Participate in at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation projects Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience on S/4 HANA Strong experience in FI, SD, RAR modules Expertise in OData, Web-Dynpro, BOPF framework, and SAP integrations Proficient in BRF+, Workflows, Reports, Forms, Dialog Programs, BDC, ALE/IDoc, RFC, BAPI Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5/HTML5/JavaScript development Knowledge of SAP BODS, HANA XSA, ADT, performance optimization, and HANA-related development is a plus Exposure to Support Pack/Upgrade projects including SPAU resolution Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills SAP ABAP certification preferred Experience working in implementation, upgrade, maintenance, and post-production support projects Preferred Attributes Ability to work independently and under tight timelines Strong collaboration with functional and technical teams mitment to delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable ABAP solutions
