Workday Technical Consultant

As a member of the Workday Support Team, your role will involve ensuring day-to-day system support through Incident and HR Case Management. You will be responsible for continuous monitoring of support service adherence to SLAs and taking necessary actions to enable refinement and further adherence. Your key responsibilities will include: - Detailed analysis of incidents to identify themes related to technical issues or end user training requirements, followed by appropriate actions. - Continuous maintenance of Knowledge Base articles to provide robust reference materials for increased efficiency within support. - Continuous review and refinement of support processes for Incidents & HR Cases. - Supporting the resolution of multiple ticket types including Incidents, Service Requests, and Enhancements. This may involve troubleshooting, root-cause identification, solution planning, and collaboration with change delivery on configuration as relevant. - Documenting, working, and training the team on EIB execution and technical Workday work for all processes with continued refinement. - Demonstrating a good understanding of the Workday module, including core HCM, absence & time tracking, and security. - Hands-on experience in EIB creation, population, and successful loading. - Experience in M&A will be considered an additional advantage. - Working knowledge of Workday Advanced Reports, including scheduling and alerts. - Proficiency in Integration monitoring/failure and good experience with using ServiceNow. - Understanding of ITIL processes, with prior experience in L2 support being a good-to-have.
