Job Description

As an experienced Workday Talent Management Consultant, your role will involve leading the design, configuration, and optimization of Talent modules within Workday. You should have strong functional expertise across various Workday Talent areas such as Performance, Goals, Career Development, Learning, and Succession. Your analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on Workday configuration capabilities will be essential for this role. - Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday Talent Management modules including Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession, etc. - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations. - Implement and optimize Talent processes to support organizational development strategies. - Configure business processes, security, frameworks, and rules within Talent modules. - Support Performance Review cycles, goal-setting cycles, feedback processes, and Talent calibration. - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design future-state Talent & Development solutions. - Troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions. - Create functional documentation, training materials, and user guides. - Facilitate end-user and HR stakeholder training sessions. - Support integration requirements with related modules (HCM, Learning, Compensation, etc.). - Drive continuous improvement and recommend best practices for Talent & Development. You should possess the following skills and experience: - Strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent Management modules. - Expertise in configuring Performance, Goals, Succession, Talent Reviews, and Career Development. - Solid understanding of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and data management. - Experience conducting UAT, regression, and cycle testing for Talent modules. - Ability to collaborate with HR stakeholders to design Talent workflows and frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience with Workday Learning and its integration with Talent. - Exposure to Workday Compensation, Recruiting, and HCM Core. - Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) experience. - Workday certifications in Talent & Performance. You should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working with Workday HCM and Talent modules. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent 15 years of full-time education is required for this role.
