WPP is currently looking to fill the role of Reporting Analyst in the APAC - Shift team. As part of the Workday Services Reporting Team, this position reports to the Workday Services Reporting Lead and plays a crucial role in ensuring the support and enhancement of WPP's Finance and PSA Workday reports to meet the needs of business partners while maintaining data reliability for informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Support and develop Finance and PSA reports in Workday - Provide day-to-day support, monitor service requests, and assist during financial activities - Collaborate with business partners to gather report requirements and deliver new reports - Contribute to building self-service reporting capabilities - Uphold global standards amidst competing priorities - Train and onboard team members in Mexico City - Drive continuous improvement and report rationalization efforts Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of Workday Financials experience, preferably in Finance - Proficient in Accounting processes - Skilled in building and maintaining various Workday reports, dashboards, and data analysis - Strong understanding of Workday Financials, Report Writing, and System Configuration - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all organizational levels - Creative problem solver with strategic thinking abilities - Self-motivated, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Workday Pro Certification in Reporting or Financials is advantageous In addition to the technical skills required for the role, WPP seeks individuals who are open to new ideas, optimistic about creating brighter futures, and strive for extraordinary achievements.
