Experience in Workday Reporting and PRISM Analytics including Discovery Boards preferably in FMCG or similar fast paced industries.
Strong understanding of Workday architecture calculated fields and composite reports Adaptive Planning is advantageous
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards Familiarity with Workday security groups and role based permissions
Diagnose and resolve Workday functional and technical issues in Analytics PRISM post launch
Liaise with internal teams and Workday support for defect resolution
Apply minor configuration changes within agreed governance
Assist in implementing fixes enhancements and new reports dashboards
Manage EIB loads and data transformations where required
Develop custom reports dashboards and visualizations using Workday PRISM and Workday Reporting tools Translate business requirements into technical specifications for analytics solutions
Partner with HR and business users to gather technical requirements for reports configuration
Provide guidance on Workday capabilities and best practices
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users on PRISM capabilities and Discovery Boards
