Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using Workday Recruiting. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines via Workday. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Customize and optimize Workday dashboards, reports, and workflows to improve recruiting efficiency. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and metrics. Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams for Workday enhancements and issue resolution. Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements. Train and support other recruiters or hiring managers in using Workday Recruiting effectively. Required Skills Qualifications Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management. Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday Recruiting module. Strong understanding of ATS workflows, candidate lifecycle management, and talent acquisition metrics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
