Workday certification is mandatory We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Payroll Integration Consultant to lead and deliver complex payroll integration projects. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in payroll , along with hands-on experience in Workday integrations . This role requires a strong understanding of Workday Payroll, integration tools, and third-party payroll providers . You will also play a key role in solution design, implementation, and support , as well as contribute to pre-sales solutioning for prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end Workday Payroll integration projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze payroll requirements. Design, build, test, and deploy Workday payroll integrations using Workday Studio , Core Connectors , EIBs , Web Services (SOAP/REST) , and Workday Payroll Interface . Integrate Workday with third-party payroll vendors like ADP, SAP, Kronos, etc. Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and global payroll practices. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. Support post-implementation activities including maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades. Create and maintain detailed documentation for integrations and configurations. Participate in client workshops, requirement analysis, and solution demos. Mandatory Skills: Minimum 2 full-cycle Workday Payroll integration implementations . Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio , Core Connectors , PICOF , PECI , EIB , and Workday Web Services . Good understanding of Workday Payroll setup and configuration. Experience with external payroll providers and file formats (ADP, Ceridian, etc.). Ability to design scalable and efficient payroll integration solutions. Solid understanding of Payroll compliance , taxes, garnishments, and year-end processing.
