As a part of ONX Homes, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of beautiful homes while promoting equality and valuing diversity in our recruitment processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Support and Troubleshooting:** Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Workday integrations and configurations. - **Client Engagement and Communication:** Engage with clients and ensure effective communication regarding project requirements and deliverables. - **Project Management and Collaboration:** Manage projects, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure timely project delivery. - **Continuous Learning and Improvement:** Participate in training sessions, continuously improve knowledge, and contribute to internal best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in Workday integration or technical consulting. - Proven experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services. - Strong background in Workday configuration, including report writing and calculated fields. - Proficiency in Workday's integration and reporting tools. - Excellent problem-solving abilities for analyzing complex technical issues. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Workday certifications in relevant areas (Integration, Reporting, HCM) are preferred. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. - Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
