Workday Integration Consultant

As a Workday Integration Consultant at Hitachi Digital Services, you will play a crucial role in leading and contributing to Workday integration projects, ensuring successful implementation and configuration. With your expertise in Workday integration tools such as EIB, Studio, CCW, PICOF, WECI, and PECI, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end integrations, from requirements gathering to deployment. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to design and implement business processes and reports within Workday, utilizing web services technologies to implement integrations, and maintaining Core HCM, Reporting, and Security configurations. You will participate in design sessions with clients, provide creative solutions to meet business needs, and ensure timely delivery of integration milestones. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in building Workday integrations, a basic understanding of Workday HCM and functional processes, and proficiency in web services technologies. Your ability to design, build, and implement integrations effectively, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills, will be key to your success.
