Role & responsibilities Lead the design, development and implementation of Workday integrations related to HR, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles. Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, including data warehouses and security frameworks. Testing and Troubleshooting: Develop and execute test cases to ensure the functionality and performance of integrations. Identify and resolve integration issues. Develop and maintain integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate and Workday APIs. Ensure data security and integrity across all integrations. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support. Conduct regular reviews and updates to integration architecture to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Establish documentation standards Performance Monitoring: Establish and build dashboards to monitor system performance post-integration and make necessary updates. Compliance: Ensure that integrations comply with company standards and industry regulations. Identify opportunities for optimization to improve efficiency and performance. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-12 Year of relevant Experience Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Workday certification in Integration or related modules is preferred. HR business processes
