Workday HCM/HRIS Consultant (AMS Support)

As a Workday HCM/HRIS Consultant at UST India, your role will involve providing post-production support and AMS services to clients using Workday. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into Workday functionality, implementing new features, enhancing existing functionality, and developing custom reports or integrations. Demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills, collaborating effectively with team members, and managing client expectations will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will handle Security administration and data loading via EIBs to ensure smooth operations for clients utilizing Workday. Key Responsibilities: - Possess strong expertise in Workday functional areas including Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Custom Reports. - Utilize configuration skills to enhance Workday functionality and create custom reports. - Demonstrate proficiency in Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Functional Support. - Ensure smooth operation of Workday modules and support clients in utilizing Workday effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM in a customer-facing AMS/post-production support role. - Certification in Workday Implementation/Pro with expertise in at least three of the following modules: Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Custom Reports. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into effective Workday solutions. - Excellent communication and customer management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
