Workday HCM Functional Professional - Performance

• Agilysis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday Performance Management Consultant to join our team
• In this role you will be assisting clients with the design, implementation, and optimization of the Workday Performance Management module
• The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Workdays performance management functionalities, a strategic mindset, and a passion for helping organizations achieve excellence through efficient HR practices

Job Duties:

• Lead the support and optimization for the use of Workday Talent and Performance modules
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to define performance strategies and translate them into system configurations and process improvements
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience and increase adoption of talent processes within Workday
• Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes, enhancements or new functionality within Workday Performance module
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Performance, provide guidance and training to HR teams and end users
• Monitor and report on key talent metrics and system usage to support data-driven decision-making
• Manage change management and communication related to new features, upgrades, and process updates
• Stay current with Workday releases and assess the impact and value of new features

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Workday Performance module
• Strong understanding of Performance Management processes and best practices
• Experience with system configuration, testing, and change management in Workday
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Workday certification in Talent & Performance (a big plus but not mandatory)
