Workday Financials SME / Administrator

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite as applicable)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode - Good overlap with US PST morning hours)

Project: Service Titan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for Workday Financials, with expertise in:
• Customer Accounts
• Contracts & Contract Amendments
• Invoices
• Billing Schedules
• Revenue Schedules
• Payments
• Work with Workday integration tools including EIBs and Core Connectors;
• Workday Studio experience is a plus.
• Support and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday technologies and Workato.
• Support period-end close activities related to revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable.
• Develop and maintain advanced Workday reporting, including Advanced, Composite, and Matrix Reports, BIRT, and complex Calculated Fields.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycleplanning, design, configuration, Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, data conversion, and cutover.
• Develop detailed test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for C2C and Revenue Recognition.

Qualifications:

l 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials implementation or support.

l Strong understanding of Financials processes including revenue recognition and period-end close.

l Experience with Workday integrations and reporting tools.

l Workday Financials Certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).

l Ability to work with good overlap with US time zones.

l Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
