Role Summary

Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Work independently and act as an SME for Workday Core HCM.
Participate actively in team discussions and solutioning.
Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions.
Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions for requirement gathering.
Prepare functional documentation, reports, and recommendations.
Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.

Role Criteria (Functional)

Strong hands-on experience in
Workday Core HCM (functional side)
.
Good understanding of
HCM processes and best practices
.
Exposure to
system integrations and data migration
from a functional perspective.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into business solutions.
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies.
