Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Manager specializing in Workday solutions, your primary responsibility will be to oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. You will provide technical expertise in Workday solutions to meet business requirements and objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements will be essential, along with developing and maintaining project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle will also be a key aspect of your role. Your role will involve facilitating communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success, monitoring project progress, conducting regular project reviews, and providing updates to senior management. Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, supporting the development and implementation of best practices for Workday project management, providing training and support to team members and end-users on Workday solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency will also be part of your responsibilities.
