Workday Absence & Time functional Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining Hitachi Digital Services as a Workday Absence & Time functional Lead, contributing to the global digital solutions and transformation business. Your role will involve providing global and local solutions to business problems and requirements outside of the country implementations. You will play a key role in designing, improving, and optimizing Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 5+ years of experience with Workday Absence & Time from both hands-on and strategic standpoints - Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven track record - Bring global experience, which would be a nice-to-have - Provide solutions to business problems and requirements outside of the country implementations - Design, improve, and optimize Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint - Enhance the employee experience through your work Qualifications Required: - Proven 4-6 years of experience in Workday implementation - Experience in multiple Workday modules, with Workday Core HCM and Absence & Time being a must-have - Proficiency in at least one of the following: Benefits, Recruitment, Expenses, Time & LMS, and Talent - Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM and Absence/or other modules - Strong functional understanding of HR Operations, processes, and data definitions - Experience as a Functional Consultant in at least 2 full end-to-end Workday implementations in a multinational, complex environment - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Business Analytical skills with the ability to translate problems into clearly articulated solutions - Organized and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines Additional Company Details: Hitachi Digital Services is a global team of innovators dedicated to co-creating meaningful solutions to complex challenges.
