Workshop Maintenance Manager

Department: Fleet/Workshop

Location: Central Workshop (Shivrampalli, Hyderabad)

Reports To: Fleet Head, Mr.Asif Patel & MD

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance schedules and repairs of trucks and commercial vehicles.
• Minimise vehicle downtime and optimise repair/km metrics.
• Manage inventory of spares and workshop manpower.
• Implement preventive maintenance practices and SOPs.

Requirements:

• Age: 26 - 45 years
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 4–9 years in vehicle maintenance/workshop management, preferably in a transport/logistics company or any commercial trucks workshop
• Skills:

o Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle mechanics

o Cost control and vendor negotiation

o Leadership and team supervision

o Working knowledge of workshop ERP or software systems in order to handle the workshop module.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
