Customer Relationship Management: Gather information, document customer interactions, and maintain accurate records in a database or CRM. Complaint Resolution: Professionally address and resolve customer complaints and issues. Target Achievement: Work towards and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales or engagement goals. Market Research: Collect feedback from customers to help the company understand market needs and trends.
