Job Description

WordPress Website Specialist (No Coding) – Full time/On site


Company: The LeadGen Media (Brand: LeadsForCoach)


Compensation: ₹12,000/month | Full-time (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM IST)

  • This is NOT a coding/developer role.
  • If you are a front-end, back-end, or full-stack developer → please skip.


✅ Who We Want


  • Min. 2 years WordPress (Elementor + plugins, no coding).
  • Able to manage 4-6 client websites (design, SEO, updates).
  • Comfortable with client communication (Zoom/Email).
  • Bonus: Knows basic automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).


⚡ Role Snapshot


  • Build/manage WordPress sites with Elementor & plugins.
  • Ensure UI/UX, speed, mobile-friendliness.
  • Track projects, talk to clients, update tasks.
  • Work in an AI-first agency → daily use of AI tools.
