WordPress Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Marketing Specialist to join our growing plugin business at AffiliateX. If you’re passionate about email automation, community building, data-driven growth, and partnership outreach, we’d love to hear from you.

Work Type: Remote

We operate in the GMT+3 time zone and require a minimum of 4 hours of overlapping working time with our team each day.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Planning and improving email campaigns, segmentation, and automation (FluentCRM + SendGrid)
• Reviewing Google Analytics data and helping improve tracking via structured UTM usage
• Investigating and improving user journeys with tools like Hotjar or similar
• Reaching out to bloggers, YouTubers, WordPress plugins, and affiliate marketers for partnerships and backlink opportunities
• Creating and managing our Discord and Facebook groups
• Collaborating on product launches, updates, and marketing funnels
• Supporting content generation (docs, videos) with AI-assisted workflows
• Suggesting improvements for our internal automation flows (we use n8n)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in digital or product marketing
• Solid understanding of the WordPress plugin ecosystem is required
• Hands-on experience with email marketing, automation, and segmentation
• Familiarity with analytics and behavior tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar)
• Experience with community building and managing social platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, especially for marketing and partnership-related tasks
• Ability to propose and execute outreach and partnership strategies
• Comfortable creating screen recordings or videos when needed
• Proactive mindset, able to research, generate marketing ideas, and propose new strategies
• Bonus: Experience with automation planning or workflow tools
