Job Description

We are looking for a talented

WordPress Full Stack Developer

with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring they are functional, responsive, and optimized for performance. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to deliver innovative web solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins
Create and implement front-end designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks
Ensure smooth back-end functionality with custom PHP coding, MySQL database management, and API integration
Collaborate with designers to convert PSDs and wireframes into functional web pages
Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and user experience
Integrate and customize WooCommerce for eCommerce sites
Implement security best practices, including integrating Google reCAPTCHA and SSL
Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and provide technical support for live websites
Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, trends, and tools
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, and customizations)
Strong proficiency in front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery, React, or Vue.js)
Advanced knowledge of PHP and MySQL for back-end development
Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce integrations
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs)
Experience in performance optimization, caching, and database management
Knowledge of security practices and familiarity with tools like Google reCAPTCHA
Version control (Git) and deployment workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
Familiarity with server management and hosting platforms (e.g., cPanel, VPS)
Knowledge of UI/UX principles
Familiarity with modern JS frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular
Understanding of Agile or Scrum workflows
