WordPress Developer Location : CBE/Chennai Shift : US Shift Exp : 4-6 Years JD: What You'll Do: · Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites hosted on platforms such as Hostinger and GoDaddy. · Transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress sites. · Implement advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve site ranking and visibility. · Set up and execute effective email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar software, including custom HTML/CSS templates. · Proactively troubleshoot website issues, enhance performance, and ensure robust security measures are in place. · Manage website backups, migrations, and updates efficiently. · Implement webpage speed optimization techniques (image compression, caching, etc.). · Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure seamless website updates and feature implementations. What You'll Bring: · Proven expertise in WordPress development, including WordPress themes, plugins and popular page builders such as Elementor and WPBakery. · Hands-on experience managing hosting environments on Hostinger and GoDaddy (domain setup, SSL, DNS). · Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, meta tags, and schema markup. · Proficiency in Mailchimp or relevant email softwares for campaign setup, audience segmentation, automation, and analytics. · Solid skills in HTML and CSS for creating and customizing email templates. · Familiar with Google Analytics and analytical skills to monitor and interpret website traffic and email campaign performance. · Understanding of UI/UX design principles and graphic design basics. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Education · Seeking candidates with a bachelor's degree (any discipline), and 4 to 6 years of experience within the IT sector. · Relevant certifications or demonstrated experience in web development and WordPress are highly valued. · A strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects, custom themes, plugin development, and responsive design is required.
