Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a WordPress Developer. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring responsive designs and optimal performance. The role includes tasks such as back-end development, front-end development, custom theme creation, and troubleshooting issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on the latest WordPress and web development trends is an integral part of day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

# Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins.

# Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into fully functional WordPress themes.

# Manage site performance, caching, and optimization for speed and SEO.

# Integrate APIs and third-party services as needed.

# Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and plugin conflicts.

# Maintain website security, backups, and version control (Git preferred).

# Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to implement features.

# Ensure websites are fully responsive across multiple devices and browsers.
