Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Woolen Dispatch Coordinator based in Ludhiana. The Woolen Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch operations, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, managing inventory, preparing shipment documents, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Daily tasks will also include monitoring the quality of dispatch, handling customer inquiries related to shipping, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in shipping and dispatch
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
