Experience Required: 4-5+ years in Generative AI, Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Seeking a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytical modeling. Role involves experience with Databricks, Power Apps, and the Microsoft Power Platform. Domain knowledge in the insurance industry is a plus .Key Responsibilities: Build and optimize supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models. Develop and enhance Generative AI solutions, including LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector store implementations. Develop automated ML workflows using Databricks; build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, and translate business requirements into effective ML solutions. Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and statistical analysis on structured and unstructured data. Build AI-driven applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and the Power Platform. Create end-to-end ML pipelines, including deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights through dashboards using Power BI or similar tools and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders .Insurance domain experience is a plus. Required Skills and Experience:45+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.Hands-on experience with Databricks and practical experience with Generative AI techniques and frameworks. Solid foundation in statistics and analytical methods with experience using Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform .Proven ability to deploy machine learning models into production .Exposure to the insurance domain is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field .Relevant experience with Azure ML and MLOps practices and knowledge of NLP, OCR, or multimodal AI. Familiarity with Bayesian methods, reinforcement learning, and optimization techniques.
