Role & responsibilities

1. Review and process HELOC applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

2. Order and review value and lien searches to ensure clear titles and accurate property valuations.

3. Order commercial EVAL/appraisals through the RIMS system and review the results for compliance and accuracy.

4. Conduct final quality control reviews and provide clear-to-close approvals

5. Train and mentor junior team members on loan closing and due diligence processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

• Minimum 5+/2+ years of experience in loan processing or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Familiarity with home equity products, lending regulations, and compliance standards.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
